Spent our staycation anniversary here recently and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was in tip top shape, complete with amenities, and necessary appliances that my wife very much appreciated. Included breakfast buffet was tasty and good, staff were quite helpful and cheerful as well. Only downside with our stay ( it was a long weekend) was other guests can be too loud in the hallway even past bedtime. Property is also located within walking distance to nearby malls and food establishments. Highly recommended and looking forward to our next stay again. Kudos!

They are very polite and always smiling, it's nice to see. BUT NOW COMES THE BREAKDOWN ! 1-THE BREAKFAST , ONLY A FEW DISHES TO CHOOSE FROM , YOU HAVE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE A REQUEST.IT SEEMS THAT THEY HAVE A PROTOCOL TO FOLLOW FROM CORPORATE AND CAN'T GO OFF SCRIPT. 2- THE RESTAURANT IS LIMITED IT SEEMS , THE MENU IS SET ! ANY REQUESTS FOR OPEN OPITIONS , IS DIFFERCULT OR CORPORATE FROWNS ON IT! NOW LETS GO INTO THE CHECK- IN PROCESS, ONCE AGAIN VERY FRIENDLY , BUT ONCE THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD , IT VERY DIFFERCULT TO PROCESS ANY ADJUSTMENTS. THE STAFF GUVES YOU A LOOK OF CONFUSION, OR MAYBE THEY'RE TRAINING FROM CORPORATE IS SET, AND THATS A SHAME! THE HOTEL INDUSTRY IS A HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY, MAKE THE CUSTOMER VERY HAPPY AND THEY WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT HIGH PRAISES!! CORPORATE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT!! THEY HAVE GREAT HARD WORKING PEOPLE, THEY ARE VERY CARING AND EXTREMELY POLITE!! THIS REVIEW THAT I'M POSTING IS A NOTICE TO CORPORATE!!

The room is elegant and cleaned. The service is great. But 3 stars for the bfast for no availability of bacon, corned beef, fruits were only handful. Overall 4 stars.

Staff lovely and friendly, rooms alot smaller than the pictures. Nothing can be charged in the room, but you can pay by cash or credit card. Room wasn't serviced and then we found out on checkout that it is on request only for daily service. Food was served Luke warm and one of the tables we sat at for breakfast we had 3 cockroaches that visited the table. Door handle broke off but they did fix it promptly and requested permission to enter the room as we were not there.

This is a budget hotel in Greenhills area. For the price it's not too bad if you just need a place to sleep. Honestly I would've rated lower if it wasn't for the service from the staff working at the hotel - they were all very friendly and accommodating. The reason for the rating is because the floors in our room were visibly dirty when we checked in and the shower did not have hot or even warm water, resulting in us taking a cold shower both nights that we stayed. We did inform the front desk staff of the issue with the shower and they sent someone to fix it, but the water was still cold even after they "fixed" it. I get that it's a budget hotel but having the option of a warm shower should be considered the bare minimum for any hotel. If neither of the above is an issue for you then you might like this stay, the bed was comfortable and the decor was surprisingly decent considering the price point.

It can get a bit tiresome, especially if all you want to do is plunk down a double-sized bed and take a much-deserved break. Summit Hotel Greenhills is an Eco-conscious hotel - advocating the elimination of single-use plastic and the implementation of sustainability policies. You can also enjoy the rest of the night at the indoor swimming pool, which overlooks San Juan’s cityscape. There’s also a wading pool for the kids right beside the four-foot pool. We were like just here to eat and sleep. I love hotels that give two (2) comfortable and heaven-like pillows. Their beds are comfortable. The room is pristine, and most of what you need is already there. The room has an electric pot, mini fridge, LCD cable TV, and safety box, and is fully air-conditioned. We had our breakfast at the lobby which offered us several various breakfast meals. The food though is average but its so scrumptious food. I’m satisfied with my overnight stay, got a good night sleep and woke up early to watch the sunrise and enjoy the view again early in the morning.

Limited patking. Toilet at the Summit Cafe has a leaking pipe, bad smell, and no ventilation.

The room was great, very clean and spacious. The food was amazing and affordable. I would say i got more for what i paid for. That 524 peso breakfast buffet was better than most 1000 peso hotel buffet i went through. The service is EXCELLENT. Friendly and accommodating staff. I would like to commend the managers and staff of this hotel for providing the best exprience for their guest.
